Returning or Exchanging an Item to Gargoyles Eyewear
In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you may return the item(s) directly to Gargoyles Eyewear. You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to insure that the merchandise be packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. In the event a product is returned damaged, no credit will be issued. A copy of your original email invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise.
Gargoyles Eyewear strongly recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. Gargoyles Eyewear is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Upon Gargoyles's receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your original email receipt.
